Bonavic was founded in 2014, and quickly established itself as a preferred residential builder in the southeast.  Bonavic’s name, an adaptation of the Latin phrase “bona vicini,” meaning “good neighbors,” perfectly characterizes the company’s mission.  Whatever phase of the project we are in, our entire team shares the common characteristic of being good neighbors, treating all with respect, and working diligently to create value for their partners.

Since its founding, Bonavic has built numerous custom homes, multi-family complexes, as well as commercial and industrial projects. Our diverse staff of builders, engineers, and tradespeople, positions us to accomplish a broad range of projects and overcome challenges at the onset of any project.
