Andrew Weems

A civil engineer by education, Mr. Weems has held various titles in engineering, project management, and production management in industrial and manufacturing industries over the past decade.  His process-focused background, combined with a need to be adaptive and innovative, supports a lean manufacturing mindset that focuses on improving safety, increasing project efficiency, and driving cost reduction. Most recently, Mr. Weems managed a team of 40 employees consisting of technical professionals, hourly employees, and subcontractors responsible for a $13M annual operating budget and five-year capital expenditure projects totaling over $7M. Andrew, his wife Maggie, and daughter Amelia currently live in Port St. Joe, FL.
